Missionaries Needed:
Grace Covenant is looking for missionaries who desire to do a work for Jesus outside of the United States. Individuals must have a confirmed calling. We are open to connecting with experienced missionaries desiring a supportive faith family (ministry network) dedicated to serving Christ in a new generation of missions. We are also interested in those called to launch out into missions as first-timers. We will assist in ministry training, preparation, discernment of direction and coaching into the mission setting. We have a goal of sending 50 new missionaries into the world harvest in the next 5 years.

Church Planting Pastors (USA) Needed:
"The landscape of America's church scene is bleak from the perspective of church health. Jack Dennison, in his excellent book City Reaching, suggests that we need to start approximately 300,000 churches-right now." from Community of Kindness-Steve Sjogren & Rob Lewin

We have current church planting opportunities in California, the Midwest and Southeast. We will assist in training, preparation, placement and coaching. We are looking for called and committed individuals for this strategic work of Kingdom expansion. Grace Covenant is predominantly a network of church planters. All of churches are church plants being five years old or less. We have a supportive, understanding and experienced fellowship of ministers for the church planting endeavor. Our goal is to plant 100 churches in the United States in the next five years.

Church Planting Team Members (USA) Needed:
We are looking for worship leaders, youth workers, children's workers, intercessors, teachers, etc. to be part of our church planting team. These strategic ministries would move into the church planting setting to join together to establish the new work of ministry. As the core group is raised up the church would be launched to be another point of light to bring life-giving ministry to the specific community. We are interested in linking together these important team members for birthing new churches in communities throughout the USA.

Para-church Ministries (USA) Needed:
Ministries comes in all shapes and sizes. God is raising up many different types of ministries to reach many different "felt" needs. Para-church ministries are ministries not based in a local church but serve in communities in harmony with churches to touch unique needs for Jesus. Grace Covenant has been called to be a faith family and "shelter" to ministries. Our passion for ministry moves us to bless, encourage, equip and empower people with a vision to raise up the work to which God has called them. We have a connection component in Grace Covenant reserved for these types of ministries and those who want to birth them.

Ministry Interns Needed:
Grace Covenant has a variety of ministry settings for people desiring to be mentored and experience first hand, an involved ministry environment. These settings include foreign mission fields in the Caribbean, Central America, South America and Europe. We also have opportunities to serve on the ground floor in birthing new churches or to serve in an established church in the United States. The internships range from three-twelve months, depending on the placement. We will work with you to get you into the specific place, for your desired experience and training.

A Ministry Shelter: Affirmation, Empowerment and Release
"It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service , so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of of the fullness of Christ." Ephesians 4:11-13

The vision of Grace Covenant is to be a life-giving shelter for ministries. Our heart is to see people realize their God birthed vision and calling, for expanding the boundaries in His Kingdom. We affirm the leadership structure and individual giftings of Ephesians 4:11-13 to provide direction, spiritual covering, counsel and equipping for ministries. We affirm as well, that each one is given a spiritual gift to use for God's purpose. We are believing God to create an environment where people are encouraged and free to grow into all that God has for them, an environment of support and safety, which becomes a launching pad for people and ministries to impact the world for Jesus Christ. Our ministry connection is about spiritual covering. It is a faith family that walks the journey with you. It is connection, not control. It is about relationship, respect and release. It is about becoming equipped and empowered to realize Spirit imparted dreams.
