We Are About Business

VisionVes†ors is a ministry to business men and women.  Our intention is to provide spiritual support, encouragement and helpful resources to those who are called to serve God by working in the marketplace.  There are different callings and giftings that God assigns to people through which they may serve Him with their lives.  We affirm that God gifts some people for business. We call this being “anointed” for business.   We believe God births desire in people for business.  He gives special talents for them to pioneer and conduct profitable business ventures.  Business people possess unique insights, abilities and vision.   Their placement of service is the marketplace. We believe this God-given business acumen can be used greatly to serve the Kingdom of God.  Often people have not seen their business as God’s Pathway for them to serve His work in the world. The goal of VisionVes†ors is to affirm people’s business calling, enhance their business practices and define their strategic role in expanding God’s Kingdom.    We believe our investment in business people will profit them, their business and the Kingdom of God.

 

To increase the kingdom of light from the context of the Marketplace.

 

God’s Movement in the Marketplace

The marketplace is the heart of any community.  It is the center of commerce and influences greatly the environment of the city.  From the marketplace we can make positive changes not only in our city but our world.  In our day, God is moving powerfully to capture the heart of people from this vantage point.  Business people are strategically in place to change the spiritual climate of communities and ultimately our world.  God is raising up a marketplace army in our day!

Our Objectives to Serve Business

 

1. To establish a fellowship of business men and women whose synergy impacts the world for Christ.
2. To provide an atmosphere of inspiration and encouragement to prosper people personally, relationally and occupationally relative to their Divine destiny.
3. To foster a networking environment for a free-flow exchange of ideas, to enhance business creativity, leadership, integrity and productivity.
4. To develop and distribute practical equipping resources for the betterment of business and greater Christian influence in the marketplace.
5. To draw from the visionary giftings, wisdom and business acumen of our fellowship members for ministry development and Kingdom expansion while offering avenues for personal involvement.
6. To offer projects and development opportunities where collective investment will touch needs in the love of Christ and impact our world.
7. To administrate all ministry projects with integrity and accountability to the Glory of God.

Ministry Overview

 

►VisionVes†ors membership is inclusive of the Body of Christ.

 

►The VisionVes†ors model will be introduced to business people in various communities.  Those so led to participate may establish a regional VV group in their respective community.

 

►VV members will receive a monthly email or standard letter which will include a business related devotional, relevant resources, news, events and list of ministry projects for involvement.

 

►There will be regional general meetings to acquaint and involve all interested business people withVisionVes†ors.

 

►There will be opportunities for VV members to participate in small groups for encouragement, prayer, study and ministry events.

 

►There will be spiritual, business and networking resources made available through the VisionVes†ors network.

 

►There will be opportunities for the VV members to visit and invest in selected ministry projects.
